How do I unsubscribe from the Buchdeals newsletter?
If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter and do without heavily discounted or free eBooks, all you have to do is click the "From newsletter" button at the bottom of the book deals email to edit the settings. On the site you can either unsubscribe completely or only subscribe to the newsletter on a weekly basis.

How do I change the number of emails I receive about book deals?
If you are registered in the BuchDeals newsletter and would like to receive fewer e-mails, we can send you a weekly e-mail with deals.

You can choose whether you want to be contacted by us about deals daily, weekly or not at all.
I would like to receive more deals from book deals.
If you would like to receive more deals from us, we recommend that you register yourself in other categories with us. You can update your category settings here: Category Preferences. You have to log in for this.
Why is the price of an eBook higher than the stated book price?
Each deal is only available for a limited time and prices are subject to change without warning. We recommend that you check prices carefully before you secure a deal.

If the price is higher than advertised, it is possible that the deal has already expired. Furthermore, technical problems on the part of the provider, which occasionally can lead to more expensive prices, cannot be ruled out.

If you missed a deal, you can still save money every day through our deals in the future! That's why you should visit us every day.
How can I claim my money back?
If you have accidentally secured a deal and bought an eBook that you do not want to own, you can contact the customer service of the respective provider. In most cases, the purchase price will be reimbursed by the provider.
Why am I not receiving any book deals emails?
If you do not receive any e-mails from us, we recommend that you first take a look at your e-mail preferences. There you can choose whether you want to receive the emails daily, weekly or not at all.

If you are registered for daily e-mails and still do not receive any e-mails, you should check your spam folder of your e-mail provider and add us to your e-mail contacts.
